What an AI school report for parents actually contains
“AI school report” is easy to misread. It is not the term report from PowerSchool, iSAMS or Engage. It is not a predicted grade. It is a daily school digest for parents: a short morning page built from school email and the portals you already use — Classroom, ManageBac, GEMS Connect or the school’s own parent app included when they hold a dated fact.
What belongs on the page
Four questions per child: a new attendance code, a new mark, homework with a real due date, a letter that asks you to do something (form, fee, permission). Family-wide notices can sit in more than one child’s edition. Empty portal rows stay out. Marketing from the school can wait.
That mix is the same whether the school is GEMS, Taaleem, Nord Anglia, King’s, Repton, JESS or Dubai College. The SIS holds the record. The second app holds fees. Classroom or ManageBac holds the live work. Mail holds the letter nobody typed into any of them.
What does not belong
A second copy of the weekly newsletter. A login page. A guess when the source is thin. A surveillance log of the child’s phone. ParentHub does not track location or personal messages. If a fact is not in the authorised mail or portal, the digest should show a gap, not a story.
